Office Mezzanine Floor in Bonnybridge

This is a great example of a customer making use of the existing space they have by adding a Mezzanine Floor in their current office. This has now doubled the floor space they have to cater for the additional staff.

This was a tricky project as the only way to get the steelwork in was through the customers window, Pockets were then cut in the internal walls and pad stones were installed for the beams to bear on.

We have worked closely with this growing Laboratory business during the pandemic as they look for solutions for additional storage and office space as they look to develop solutions to combat the Covid-19 Strain, UK Structural Systems were proud to provide the additional space they required.

Glass Balustrade was installed to the staircase and the exposed edges to create an open space and a modern feel.
