UK Structural Systems constructed a Galvanised Steel Fire Escape for the Scottish Squash Rackets Club in Maryhill, Glasgow.
We removed the existing Fire Escape staircase that was not fit for purpose and the removed all rubbish from underneath the old stair and installed a Galvanised Staircase that meets Building Regulations. (Where the staircase was installed, this shared the same Garden space as the Nursery next door).
There was also Mesh fitted underneath and around the staircase and a self closing gate at the bottom of the stair so that kids from the Nursery could not climb the stair.
